The inaugural release of the collection features 6 garments, each offering various styles and pairing possibilities. True to Maria Sjödin Stockholms ethos of sustainability and a slow fashion philosophy, this collection comprises impeccably tailored pieces crafted from natural materials such as wool, silk, and viscose. Embracing a tactile approach, FÉNIX employs patchwork techniques to repurpose surplus materials, transforming them into new garments. Raw edges and hand-painted patterns add a touch of ruggedness to the sleek silhouettes.

Each garment is made to order and custom-tailored exclusively for the individual customer,

ensuring a unique piece with a flawless fit. Created in the atelier located in Midsommarkransen.

Designed to be cherished for years to come, this collection evokes the spirit of Jim Jarmusch's films,

particularly resonating with the aesthetic of Only Lovers Left Alive.

100% silk dupion. The shirt has a slim elegant fit, the spray on the sleeves symbolizes movement, the wings of the Fénix. Each garment is spray painted by hand. SHOP>>>

The Shirt raw silk

100% raw silk .Elegant fit with raw edges created by the patchwork technique of joining the fabric together, giving the garment structure. The contrast between the coarse fabric and the luster of the silk gives an elegant but also experimental impression. High collar bar and slightly larger collar and cuffs than on a regular shirt. The Vest

Custom-tailored vest in wool stretch, featuring a lapel made from the fabric's selvage. Available for order without longer bands. With asymmetrical closure, piped buttonholes, vintage buttons, welt pockets and satin lining in viscose. SHOP>>>

The Trousers

Tailored wool trousers with side pockets, waistband with crotch cutting. Detailed work such as lapels and loops made from the selvage edge of the fabric. Shop>>>

Merino Polo Collar

100% merino wool. A polo in no waste technology where we take the waste material from the production and create a new fabric with a structure in an asymmetrical grid pattern that breaks up the surface and gives it structure. Made from merino wool from Patagonia in Peru, where sheep are not mulesed as the blue fly is not found in this area. The merino wool is anti-shrink treated with vegetable oils and is processed and knitted in Lysekil, Sweden. SHOP>>>

The Hoodie

Straight silhouette with a longer back, raglan sleeves, thumbholes and a hood with a wrap-around cut that runs over the collarbones. Made from merino wool from Patagonia in Peru, where mulesing of the sheep does not occur as the blue fly does not exist in this area. The merino wool is anti-shrink treated with vegetable oils and is processed and knitted in Lysekil, Sweden. SHOP>>>
